Who We Are

Lifestyle be Stadler was born out of 25 years of experience in home building. In San Antonio in 1995 owner Ray Stadler started his company, Stadler Custom Homes. It quickly grew into a company that built mega-mansions ranging in cost from about 2 million to upwards of 8 million dollars. As much as Ray and his team loved creating these homes, they wanted to reach more people. 

The Lifestyle by Stadler brand was created in 2019 and focused on creating homes priced between 500,000 to 1.75 million dollars. 

Our Vision

Like the name says, we don’t just build houses, we build lifestyles. Our process and experience is what makes us different and unique from the rest. Our vision was to make custom home building easier and available to more people.  We are committed to making custom home building, simple and enjoyable.

Our Communication

All throughout this process Lifestyle by Stadler uses a software called BuilderTrend which allows for streamlined communication between all parties. With the available BuilderTrend app you can track the progress of your project anywhere, anytime.

Our team from Ray to the project managers, sales associates and coordinators are always ready to answer your questions. 

Our Warranty 

At Lifestyle by Stadler, we’ve built over 300 homes in the past 25 years as a San Antonio custom home builder. We stand by our work by offering a 1 Year House Warranty and 10 Year Structural Warranty. Your happiness in your new custom home is how we gauge the successfulness of the project. After we’ve finished building your home, your warranty but also our commitment to our clients is still there. We lay a foundation of communication from the start which allows our customers to connect with us even years after we’ve built their homes. 

Our Philanthropy

Part of our mission is to give back to the community. We have been able to support The San Antonio Food Bank, American Diabetes Association, MS Society, The Battered Women’s Shelter, Any Baby Can Alliance, The Deaf and Hard of Hearing and numerous other organizations.

In 2016 we built 6 homes in a philanthropic project we called “the Transformation Tour of Home”. The proceeds from these homes benefited The San Antonio Food Bank, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, Military Warriors Support Foundation, The Arc of San Antonio and Boysville. We are blessed to be able to give back to the local community that we have been a part of for so many years. We have been able to help more people and organizations by our community outreach and we will continue to do so for years to come.
